The “move website to new hosting and redesign” has been on the list for a few months now, but I haven’t had the headspace, and neither has my awesome web designer Mary, but we finally made a start on it! Wahoo!!! Here’s hoping we make great strides on that this month!

I’ve got a 3 session night class to teach at the Redlands Sewing Center this month, and I’ve also got a lecture and workshop gig with the Wandering Foot Guild in Arcadia this month, so I’ve got to keep my head on straight for those!!!

The big new item on that list that I was not expecting for this Summer, yet was hard to say no to, is that I’ll be the featured artist at the Redlands Art Association from July 16 – August 6. I somehow got the idea stuck in my head to have all things indigo in this show, and I’m really in love with the idea, so that means there will be a lot of this going on:

Experimented with indigo as well!

so that there can be a lot more of this:

  1. Very nice! I love the look of shibori and I love the way you combined it with the FMQ.
