My New Bag – A Take Off Tote

Here it is! By the time you read this, I’ll have already used my new bag, made with the Take Off Tote pattern by Erin Erickson, to easily travel to Chicago with Liam! The zippers across the top and for the front pocket keep everything secure. (If I’d had time to order zippers in a more pleasing color, I would have, but alas, time was of the essence!)

These awesome sleeve on the back side will make it easy for me to hold onto my bag while rolling the suitcase around the airport and Chicago:

The bag is made with Soft and Stable, and boy is it STABLE!

Here’s a closeup of the Free Motion Machine Sketched Iris, which I think works really well with these colors:

The bag has a really interesting shape, in that it tapers up to the top:

I’m very optimistic that this will be a great travelling bag – will report back!!!
