Well, I’ve been so busy! We had a great weekend. The youth orchestra that Liam plays in played a concert in Disney Hall on Saturday. It was very exciting for him to play in such a prestigious hall. Although pictures are prohibited inside the hall, I was able to take some outside on the roof garden while we were waiting. But the most exciting thing for Liam was he got to meet Maestro Gustavo Dudamel, the conductor of the LA Phil when he came to visit the kids in the green room before the concert – and Liam was quick thinking enough to take a picture with his cell phone!
We had a deeelicious celebratory meal at Mario Batali’s Pizzeria Mozza:
And then on Sunday, we had Logan’s birthday party! We took him and some friends to see “The Avengers”, it was a great movie! Phew, what a weekend!

Wow, great weekend! Congrats to Liam on his performance and meeting Maestro Gustavo Dudamel, way cool. That tree Logan is standing next too is amazing as is the food. Happy 11th birthday to Logan! Hope he had a nice time celebrating 🙂
