Something old, something new…

I’ve got one more holiday show to do, this weekend at the local YMCA.

1st, I had to make more Grab n’ Gos – my last one from the previous batch was lonely!

Then, I finally had time to crank out a bunch of lower price point items: different sized shopping bags. I bought the blanks from Dharma Trading, then hand dyed them a single color, with some nice scrunchy texture. I then embellished them with a single piece of hand dyed fabric and a free motion quilted simple sketch of something nature-like. Each one didn’t take me long to do – I’m hoping they’ll go over well…what do you think?

  1. Very cute Candy, I’m sure these are going to be a hit. I like the sizes you went with. Gorgeous and practical at the same time. Good luck with your show!
