Under the flap you’ll find two deep pouch pockets, and on the outside back is a large pocket to hold magazines and a grab handle that makes transferring the bag from your shoulder to your car seat very easy. I’ve also placed a cell phone pocket on the outside so you’re always able to find it! Inside there are 2 pencil slips, 2 slip pockets, 1 large zipper pocket, a d-ring and a key strap. The adjustable strap is long enough to wear across your chest (messenger style) or on your shoulder (tote style).  This bag is versatile – it works well for books and laptops or it also makes a great diaper bag!

Choose your color palette

  • 1st, choose which of the 2 color palettes you would like me to work with (Warm or Cool),
  • then (if you like) specify what the Flap,  Body and Accent colors should be.

Choose a motif

  • This tells me which style to use while creating that little art quilt that is the beginning of YOUR bag.
  • Sometimes people like to select a symbolic number for the motif (like, one large bird & 2 smaller birds to represent a Mom and her 2 children).

Any Special Modifications?

  • Which shoulder will you wear it on?
  • Would you like a slightly longer or shorter strap?
  • Would you like a special pocket?
  • Do you need to fit a laptop inside?
  • All these type of issues can be discussed and accommodated!
