Studio Snapshots | Colors for some Handmade Easter Buttons

It’s another busy week, but I’m trying to find bits of time to move forward on some projects. One of them is to make a couple more sizes of Easter baskets for the class I’m teaching in March. Michelle, who works at the Redlands Sewing Center, has a kiln at home, and was inspired to make some buttons after seeing my first Easter basket a couple of weeks ago, so I’m trying to pull fabrics that compliment her buttons. That coral/peach/pink color is a hard one to work with, but I think the colors I pulled work, and still scream EASTER! 🙂

  1. I was trying to decide what colors to make my Easter mini scrapbook for a class I’m teaching. I love your colors. I think I’ll use the as a springboard.
