One of a Kind Sketchbook How to Part 2 | Free Motion Stitching and Assembly

My final guest post for the Quilting Arts blog “Quilting Daily” illustrates how to Free Motion Machine Sketch the Mum motif, and then make this simple sketchbook cover.

In the previous post, I detail how to make this awesome multicolored fabric that is the base of the sketchbook. The multi-color fabric is combined with some single color fabric (details on how to dye that can be found here). There are complete instructions to construct cover for a 7″ x 10″ coil-bound sketchbook that closes securely with an elastic.

This sketchbook would make an awesome present, or make it for yourself! Click here for all the details!
