It’s the most wonderful time…of the year!

Yes, that’s right, the boys went back to school today! Redlands is on a “modified traditional” schedule – they have 2 months off in the summer, rather than 3. I’ve got  a little under 3 weeks til I’m on my way to Cleveland to tape 2 segments of Quilting Arts TV, and boy do I have a lot of stuff to do. I do hope I can find some serious head time to get a lot of things accomplished!

But in the meantime, here are my boys, off to their first day of school!

om [one moment] meet up

alamodestuff Linda has started a weekly meetup based on taking a moment each week to really notice something as you go about your daily grind life. I need to do this. You may want to too – read more about it here:

We have about three more weeks before school. I Can’t Wait! Good luck with your journey to TV. I can’t wait for that either :)

But…but…they look almost happy, lol!!! We’ve never taken a summer off, we’ve always homeschooled year round – then we can take vacations whenever we want. I only started that because I couldn’t figure out what to do with the boys on really hot summer days!
